 a physio//ot  should do this in the course of treatment

They can warm up the spastic regions limbs and stretch out safely

This sounds to me like a expensive make work ploy

Aching pains yes somewhat

Stretching yes massage very very temporary

My 2 cents

Unless the massage giver is med qualified ie pt/ot

Stay away.
