if terri had a living will, this case would not be a
case, however let me say, when you do a living will,
think every senerio that you can bring to mind and
make it clear what you want done in those cases.
judy's grandmother just died withg fluid on her lungs
that could have been drained and given her a fighting
chane, but, her living will was used to deny even that
that would have been simple common and not "heroic
action." it was a situation that i do not personally
think was really her wish, but, i was not ask and i
did not offer. now, judy is afraid to do a living
will.
