well, i went and got my back threw out. i sit at a "L" shaped workl area. i
was turning from the right side to the left side and my chair slips from
under me. i did not fall, but in catching myself, i wretched my lower back.
it is hard to go from standing to sitting and vice versa because of pain. i
am hoping it will just be a sore back for a couple days and that will be
that, but, i filed  reports for cdc and dol just in case it is not just a
strain.
   i'll be back in a short while to see anything on the list (as well as
back to work).
