Hello,
My daughter is 4 years old and has CP, spastic dyplegia.  We recently went
to a spasticity clinic here in Indianapolis.  We have been pretty much
educated on all avenues available for our daughter.

One of the options is SDR surgery.  I am not looking for anyone to educate
me . . .I'm looking for any input on actual cases that you are aware of that
had the SDR surgery.  We would like communicate with you and "pick" your
brains.
