Mike Leavitt (Secretary of DHHS) says there are 1.7 million uninsured
kids; a study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation says there are 8.4
million uninsured children, most of whom would be eligible for SCHIIP
coverage. I think I know whose figures I trust!
