in all my years voting i have not voted for someone i actually liked. by the
time the votes got to where i lived, the ones i liked if any have already
droped out. i end up going for the least evil.

Anyone else adore Gore? Oops, he's from Tennessee.

Hi, Bobby. Liked ur revised version more than the original. First
example I've seen of perfecting perfection.

Think I'd better grumble back to the cave for more hibernation.

Gore First To Renew the Pledge. Court Rules For In-Home Care.

Last week Vice-President Al Gore became the first presidential
candidate to "Renew the Pledge" for our civil rights! The Pledge,
included in our last emailing, includes "support for the goals of
equality of opportunity, full participation, independent living
and economic self-sufficiency for all people with disabilities,
and to honor the 10th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA) and the 25th anniversary of the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) . . . "

(Al Gore was also the only candidate to attend the New Hampshire
Forum in person and was the first to issue a campaign paper on
disability issues.)

Our challenge now is to get the rest of the presidential candidates
-- all elected officials and candidates -- to make the pledge and
support our civil rights!
