Hey Chester,

All three are in hilly, rural areas.  Fishersvoille is the home of
Woodrow Wilson Rehab Center, a state run rehab center. Keswick is
between Charlottesville and Richmond, and Stephens City is in the
northwest part of the state... The rural areas of our state tend to lack
transportation for persons with disabilities, but if you have
transportation,  you should have no problems.
