Dear Mag,
 Yeah I think I've seen a harmonium before.  Where were you staying iin an ashram??  I've been 
considering doing a vipassana retreat for a few years now- have you heard of it?  The only thing 
is that the sitting meditations last hours each day and I don't know how long my poor back could 
sit cross legged for..... I should find out how flexible they are.
