heat index is now at 111. code red smog alert. i am
doing okay although i was coughing when i went out. i
have stayed in most of the day. only left to go to the
grocery store and wal-mart. 
  hot enough where you are at. 99 would give you a
pretty good index with the norrth carolina humidity.
