OT=Occupational Therapist or Overtime Time
PT=Physical Therapist
OT/PT= see the above
ADHD=Attention Deficit Disorder/Hyperactive Disorder (think Tigger)
OCD-Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (usually, although I'm thinkin' it may
have been used in another context)
DDD=Developmental delay?
SID=Sensory Integration Disorder/ or more popularly known as the disorder
that babies die from in their sleep the name of which escapes me because I'm
wiped out.

And I just know someone else has answered this already.
