So as deplorable as this whole situation was, this woman should
have voiced her displeasure much earlier then she did.  Sounds as
if she was well qualified for the position she was in.  But
having read this 3 times now, I cant help feel she has a self
esteem issue that started long before she got this job.  In the
end, I think she chose to run from the situation rather then deal
with her own inability to honestly speak up for herself.  Now I'm
not saying what she chose to do was right or wrong.  As much as
I've been advocating for myself since coming out of my Mother's
womb, to this day there are still those times when I've kept my
mouth shut knowing full well I should have put the person or
persons in their place.  Rather then reflecting about her own
responsibility and behavior, she chose to sue and leave it to the
legal system to act as the voice she could not find.
