Kathy Jo,

Sorry I haven't been able to keep up on this. I was out of town, and then
yesterday was nuts. What's been said I agree with, and asking for PT, OT,
and speech therapy would be good. A speech therapist might be able to help
with some of the swallowing/chewing issues, and a dietician might be helpful
for nutritional issues. In the world of people with acquired disabilities,
insurance will pay for periodic re-wvaluations at a rehsb facility, where
all modalities of therapy are available. I'm getting ready to push my
insurance company for one, so you might want to check into that.

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
