yeah, i'd hope common sense might be found somewhere.
the ruleing was "natral progression of Cerebral palsy"
the really dumb thing is i have a letter in the folder
that states that i had "proved that there is no such
thing as "natral progression of Cerebral palsy." it
does not exist, but they went with it anyway. common
sense and bureaucracy are mutually exclusive i guess.
