What about dogs in general?  Do you avoid the streets and parks because 
of people walking their dogs?  I just think it's wrong to deprive people 
of their service/guide dogs because of another person's allergies.  
Wouldn't there be another area of the boat or ferry one of the people 
could move to?  It seems unfair when you or the other person could move.
