Carla, so sorry to hear about your mom.  My Dad is going to the doctor
about a mass on his esophagus which is pressing on his cartoid artery.
 We're not sure what this means yet, or even if it is operable.  I feel
numb, as does the rest of my family...   So know what you are going
through.
