 when i was in the philippines, i bought something on the streets of manilla
called balute. it is sorta a boiled duck egg that was more duck than egg. a
little salt and took the little guys head in the first bite. tasted like
maybe liver and egg.
i eat other things that i did not even ask about when down in zamboanga.
