I hope that since I am working in the Rehab field that will help it be
less awkward but you never know. There seems to be no right answer so I
wanted to see what others had to say.

I have done two different things with employers.... I have sometimes
brought it up at the interview and with my current job I did not
mention it .... now if someone asks I am happy to explain my
condition.
