Hi Ken,

There are one level houses available also. I know in my neighborhood -
there is a mix of one and 2 level houses. The only real difference is one
is built on a slab and one has a basement - other than that they are lovely
3 bedroom houses, with sepeate diningrooms, with carports and yards. Since,
I am physically unable to do yard work - I have a an exterprising young man
who mows lawns come by - twice a month for $60 during the summer - he has a
big lawn mower and edger and blower - so he doesn't take long at all. In the
fall he comes by and does leaves and snow removal - as if we need that
here!! I aslso solve my stair problem by planning my day to either be an
upstairs day or a down stairs day - and have a little fridge and microwave
downstairs - my house has the finished basement with a family room. 4th
bedroom bathroom and laundry room. I added a small fridge and microwave so I
can stay downstairs all the time if I am having an exceptional bad day. We
have new puppy - 6 months old and I have been training her to pick up stuff
for me. The girls are fairly obliging about running up and down the stairs
also. I just wish someone woould invent a riding vacuum cleaner!! LOL
