I can't remember the show but a few days back I saw a show that had 2  
preemies that had a dopimine low and it had been missed for years.  All the  
symptoms were just thought to be related to the CP but the twins improved  some in 
walking and talking after the dopimine was giving.
The doctor said he thought that many more preemies had the problem that was  
thought because doctros do not look past the CP dx.
 
It may have been on discovery health channel.... maybe diagnosis unknown  
show... I will have to look it up.
