I've just heard the second of the two cojoined Iranian twins has died.

I know they badly wanted to be separated and I sympathised with them.
But I can't help but feel that this wasn't meant to be.  Some things are
so risky that if you want to live a better life, it's as if you're
playing Russian Roulette. It's all so very sad.
