Hi Everyone,

Just a note to say that I got an e-mail this afternoon saying that I will be
the first person in North America to be able to try the Adult SWASH Brace
(Standing, Walking, Sitting Hip Orthosis). I have been begging them for 2
years to make adult sizes. They are still in prototype phase, but the brace
will be free for me, as I will be a test case. Normally it would cost $1600
Canadian.
They need to order the pasrts from Spain, and then someone will come from
the US to fit me. This will be videotaped, and I will help them develop
their product-- they will change  it as better things are developed, too.
