not much will make me sleep, i have been givem ambien an not go tp sleep at
all until hours later.

I did OK on ambien, but MD was concerned about tolerance, it didn't help
much
more than flexeril -- meaning it lasted 4 hours, then I woke up at 4 a.m. so
I'm on nothing now except elavil for sleep.
