Pets are our kids ken, of course you do what eber we can to help them.  My ex
spent 1500 on an emergency weekend vet when Sugar had her infection and
required removal of her uterus, which I had been saying he should have it
done for YEARS ... but anyway, Sugar's still alive and happy, though starting
to slow down. I see her once a month and take her for a walk at the marina
and feed her half a hot dog which she loves, or Louis rich chicken
slices.........
