Cindy,

You are not being nosey? I can not say that my sleep problem are CP
related. I have always been "high strung". I can't really say that is
related to CP. I know other CP's who do not appear to be "high strung".
Into adulthood, I have noticed that lack of sleep causes me to have muscle
spasms. That may be part of Lizzy Jo's problems. Probably due to fatigue. I
usually can't sleep when I am worried abbout something.
