Well, I'm more right than left (politically), more left than right
(CP-wise).  Speaking of the bloodless mutilations, it could be giant
weasels.  Weasels use to get in my Grandma's henhouse and bite the chickens'
throats and suck 'em dry.  It was wild--you would go out to the henhouse and
find these chickens so flattened they look like they'd been steam-rolled.  I
digress...
