I would talk with the supervisor.  Trust me there is one above everyone.
The way your PT acted was very unprofessional.  If she had a difficulty, she
should have taken it up privately with the MD's.

        Forget the UCP PT, it seems this is about his/her authority and not
above the well-being of Zachary. Work around this PT or get him/her out of
the
picture.
