My experience with this is it is routine to deny the claim but the 
appeal is often substantiated. Do you have an atty helping you? I 
really think you'll get this eventually. I know the waiting is 
difficult but the claim when validated will go back to the day you 
filed and it will be enough to put money back in your savings. And 
now you an appeal.
