Probably can't hurt.  Do Ceri and her teammates have exposure to this kind of
information from their coach?  Also, athletes often consume electrolyte
replacement drinks, no?  I wonder if some brands have a content of calcium
and/or magnesium?  Maybe one brand would be better for them than another
(which necessarily follows, duh).  See, sometimes I have to say these stupid,
extra things that don't mean anything more than the last thing I said.  I
mean, I am sometimes repetitive without reason.  I reiterate, you see (no, a
question mark does not go here, by the way, it's a familial thing.  My
grandmother did it.  Her grandmother did it.  I did it.  But I used
protection -- HA!).
