Hi Uncle Mike,

  Behave myself? Of course I do! Mommy got me a new toy and she's gonna
show me how to play with it later today. I was too tired yesterday. Mommy
has to teach me how to play with stuff cause I didn't learn how in my
other house. I had a deprived dog-childhood, ya know. Mommy forgot to get
film for the camera so she could take my picture. She'll do that on
Tuesday when the shops open again after the long weekend

  Daddy says I'm really starting to show my age; I was really, really
tired after getting my hair cut yesterday. In fact, I think I"ll crawl
back into my little crate and have another nap.
