I had the injection when I was a teenager for shoulder trouble.  Other
methods of TX, PT and oral meds were not effective.  I had no further trouble
with my shoulders, and that lasted all the way through my work in the fire
department, where the problems really should have resurfaced.

I am sorry that there is so much going on with your back, Kyle.  I have some
idea of what the doctor was talking about, but don't have the medical
knowledge to interpret his wording -- sorry.  At least I can attest to the
efficacy of the injection.  Anyway, it helped me.
