Yeah, I have always had a feeling that was his M.O. but I was never
really sure.  The only kind of reply I ever got from him was years ago
when I asked that he make somthing he had written accessible to me.  I
didn't have web access at the time, and  I might considder buying it,
but only if I knew I could read it.  He flat out refused me!!

So Bobby, do we know for a fact, that he is disabled?
