you know, i started thinking about this because
georgia and a couple of neighboring states have had o
negociate agreements not to deplete rivers common to
all of them, before they run further down stream.
i read something by a canadian that he stated that he
was afraid the U.S. would invade canada for water.
i must admit, i had not thought of that before i read
his article.
