Hello, 

My name is Logan Blackburn and I am an occupational therapy student at the 
University of Kansas Medical Center. I am a here to ask the groups permission 
to survey this group to better understand the concerns and issues that people 
with cerebral palsy face on a daily basis. Please let me know if I'm welcome to
