I just wanted to thank you all again for all of your help and advice. 
I put ads in two of the free daily local papers, and they were wildly
successful.  I actually had to pull the ad after three days because I
was getting so many calls from qualified people.  I interviewed three
of them yesterday, and will interview two more before I make my final
decision, but things are definitely looking very good.  I move into my
new place on Saturday, and couldn't be more excited!
