I'm blazing furious, especially as it was in the most prestigious medical centre in my state - Duke University Medical Centre in Durham, NC.  It was an error that never should have happened and a life lost because of it along with the suffering of the girl and the family.

I haven't lost sleep but that's not to say I'm not upset.  Of course I'm upset!  Who wouldn't be?
