    It's very much like San Antonio weather wise(about 90 miles north). It
used to be a cool city with the University and the Texas legislature. Ross
Perot and his buds turned it into a little Silicon Valley. Given the recent
history of NASDAQ, it is very
much a buyer's market. Great!!! Maybe that will clear out the yogurt eating,
Volvo driving dotcom yuppies!
