Did the affected Bulls contract Mad Cows from the human fools who run through
the
streets of Pomplona? Th name itself, "Running of the Bulls" is somewhat
discriminatory and there should be paralell events terms Rolling of the Bulls
or Strolling of the Bulls or Dragging of the Bulls in order to create
reasonable accomodation for (1) disabled Bulls and (2) disabled fool humans
who want to participate on cructhes or wehelchairs.
