Well as I said, you'll have to work for it.  If you really, really want this,
go ahead and do the meeting.  You're of age, and your parents can't stop you
- I believe the county (or state, or whatever level of agency you're working
with) has to come to your home or help you get to the meeting.

There are group homes that provide the level of care you need and the
assistance to live independently of your parents.  The Independent Living
Agency should help you with that.

I myself don't need assistance in day-to-day living and I do drive my own car,
so I don't have problems getting around town.  But I do have to pay someone
to come in and clean up the place - although to be truthful, I'd probably do
that even if I weren't disabled as I'm the worst messer!

As for your mistake, if you can show Social Services you have matured and can
handle frustration in a mature way, perhaps they will take you off the
'blacklist'.
