I hear ya.  Here's the other way Florida wants to balance the budget.  They
are closing down centers like where your wife works and putting more money
into the punishment (prison and juvie halls).  Tell me where's the logic in
that?

Beth, who is hoping your wife's program doesn't get shut down so that kids
can keep getting chances while they are young.
