the people who use these spaces without their handicapped passenger going in
should be ticketed. however, how will the police know if they find the
placard in the window. i tell my daughter that if using my car, the spaces
are not for her. she is perfectly healthy. i'd hope that if she gets lazy
and tries to use handicap space, that she'd get a citation.
