Subject: house sold i think
well even though i was in northern illinois and
cincinnati for 2 days i by phone negociated a
contract, signed a copy emailed to me, faxed signed
copies from a hotel. i got home today and the
appraiser had came and a pest control inspection had
been done. tomorrow there will be septic inspection
and a home inspection. all this when the origionals
not signed. i guess we have a contract.
we are expected to be gone by sept. 17.
i have arranged a temporary place in my home town to
rent until we can shop for permanant housing.
we are going into packing mode tomorrow. just drove in
from cincy today.
