Jimmy's attorney just called.

He received notice today that the appeal judge has reversed the negative
decision of the administrative law judge of December 21, 2000.

The Georgia Department of Medical Assistance has been ordered to reimburse
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy under Paragraph 5 of the EPSDT statute.

Praise God!

can download and use as a reference/precedent in their own case/situation
for their own child.
