a phosphasoda mixed with ginger ale(about 10 oz.
total) followed by another 40 oz of clear liquid, with
me it was just water. go to toliet for quite some
time, 2 hours later repeat. may have been the ginger
ale, but, i never got close to gagging. it sure did
clean me out. even with ginger ale it did not taste
good, but if i'd have just had it by itself, might
have gagged.
