speaking of our folks in uniform, has anybody heard from Kyle?? he just seems to have dropped off the face of the internet, at least.

I am told the scariest part was two pipes (about 100 yds each), one big enough 
to crawl through hands and knees, the other a stomach wriggling job, both 
"dark" due to bends in the pipes, both wet, and the "regular soldiers" 
helpfully warned them on entry "not to frighten the rats too much". Of course, 
Ceri, the rugby playing daughter, went for the small  one.

The whole course was only about 4km but there's 3km run there and back as
