Joy,
Two books you might find of interest are Women with Disabilities: Found
Voices to Mary Willmuth and the Lillian Holcomb editors (c) 1993 published
by Harrington Park Press an imprint of The Haworth Press Inc. and What
happened to you? Writing by disabled women edited by Lois Keith (c) 1994
published in the United States by The New Press. (The second book was
actually written by disabled women living in the United Kingdom and was
originally published over there.)
Hope this helps.
Susan
