Small buses do bounce more for some reason- but we have kids here who ride
in vans driven by a wheelchair service of an ambulance Co- and one child on
a scooter rides on the town's senior bus. I know one family being pd. 16.00
a day to drive their own child back & forth.

I would go to the head of special services for your town- let that person
know your rights are not being observed- and you intend to go to due process
& arbitration if needed- and you will not only ask for the services your
daughter deserves and is intitled to..but all your legal expenses also--do
they really want to waste all this money in legal fees- a minimum of
25,000.00 and up- for which no child will be getting services- a solution
would cost less than rthe battle---having said that..if they don't see the
light to do the right thing--start thr process yesterday!!! Joy
