The supreme court took a bit of heat this week because they refused to hear
a case that involved the issue of it being appropriate or non appropriate to
have capital punishment for teenagers.

Now one of these suspects is a teenager.

Subject: Sniper Suspects Arrested

Well, it looks as if the two suspects in the sniper shootings may have been
caught:

I'm holding my breath, hoping the police can build an airtight case against
these guys. I certainly don't want to see the case dismissed because of
faulty police procedure, and I'm sure the cops are being very careful in
this.
They cannot afford to slip up on this.
