To sign on the list:

Send an email to the listserv at St. Johns:

[log in to unmask]

and put in the body of the email:

Subscribe C-PALSY <your name>

To leave the list, send an email to the listserv and in the body of the
message, say:

Unsubscribe C-PALSY


Remember, you have to unsubscribe using the same email address you
subscribed from, and you do not put anything in the subject line.
