lest anyone think wrongly, i am gratefull for having a job, but, i do want
to be factual. very few pwd will end up being used to their full ability. it
just does not happen.

i am still a government employee, and for all the hoopa about eeo. the fact
is that everyone in the initial group of people in my origional office went
up to one grade higher than i have even though i can and did work circles
around all but one of them. that one went on up further. so much for eeo
bulls**t.

also your salary is probably lower,  yes, it is!!
