>hey bobby-are you the one who wrote "physical disability-a metamorphosis" a
while back? I enjoyed the book as a person in mental health field.

I don't know much about the sensory integration but I have a question. I
have a great rehab doctor down here in Florida. The been doing more walking
in my walker during physical therapy than I have ever done before (though I
use a wheelchair functionally). The strange thing that has happened very
recently is that I'm walking half the distance been used to (about half of
230 ft) my spaticity seems to be all gonebut the balances better. My doctor
is okay with this because he says he'd rather take half the distance with
more stability than having the trip over myself. Does anybody have any
ideas about what's going on. My doctor thinks all been able to strengthen
my legs. Anyway, I'm surprised that is all gone so suddenly. It is of
course much more difficult to walk.

Anyone have any more thoughts on my relocation questioned, I don't have to
move to Los Angeles but I thought I'd like it there. There is always
Berkeley. I can go anywhere that is warm. (Referred to my intro and
relocation note). Thanks Gary (Marcus)
